Unveiled at the Travis 2014 Symposium I am offering my Microsoft Access 2010 Application to the wreckchasing community for free.
This is a much improved version of the database application I did a few years ago.
The application is unlocked so experienced Access users can customize to their liking.
The application can be run using either full up Access 2010 or the free Access 2010 run-time.
The Access 2010 run-time allows users without Access 2010 loaded on their PC to use the application.

Application Features
• Simple single field Google like search of all your database records
• Easily select any number of records to include in a detail report or PDF
• Print or create a PDF summary report of all the records in your database
• Create Google Earth KML files from your GPS tagged photos
• Clean all EXIF data (including GPS data) from a set of selected photos
• Rename photos with a common basename using the batch renaming utility
• Each record has its own data folder. This folder can contain any type of record specific data such as photos, PDFs, videos, KML files, etc. Folders may contain subfolders too.
• Complete database backup of all files, folders and subfolders (100% content backup)
• Ability to keep private comments that do not print out on reports or appear on the PDFs
• One click generate of Degrees, Minutes and Seconds (DMS) from entered Decimal (Dec) coordinates
• Ability to switch back and forth from DMS and Dec coordinates
• One click display of crash location in Google Earth
• One click copy of crash coordinates (either DMS or Dec as selected) to the Windows clipboard
• One click spell check of public and private comments
• Use any PDF printer driver of your choosing  (Acrobat, PDFLite, BullZip, etc.)
• Assign a custom picture to each record (appears on forms, reports and in PDFs)
• Built in FOIA log table to keep track of and status your FOIA requests
• FOIA log report can be printed for a hard copy of your FOIA requests
• Access frequently visited web sites from within the application by setting up quick links
• Conversion utility for Mi/NM, NM/Kms, yds/m, Ft/m, Lbs/Kgs, Gals/Ltrs, °F/°C and Kts/MPH
• Automatically keeps count of visited crash sites
• Can be run using full up Access 2010 or Access 2010 runtime (available for free)

I have setup a website where the application can be downloaded (note: URL is case sensitive):
