Well, like the title says..... Last week after about 11 months of wheeling and dealing, my plan came together.

For those of you that don't know me, I am still on active duty in the Marine Corps.

Last week, I was offered (and accepted) a job at the Naval School of Aviation Safety in Pensacola.  My responsibilities will involve teaching the Navy/Marine Corps Crew Resource Management Course AND a few modules of the Aviation Safety Officers course.  Mainly I am excited because I will get to do what I love....working with aviation and aviation history.

Congratulations!, Maybe you'll have access to Navy accident reports? Please keep in touch.
There are plenty of Florida accidents for you to investigate.

Dave,

I should have access to everything.

I do also look forward to getting out and exploring FL.

Sweet, I wish you the best.  If you're not here already, welcome to "The Sunshine State".  St Pete is a long way from Pensacola, I still haven't made my way up there yet, but hope to before too long.  Dennis

Woodser,

Congrats on the new assignment!  Aviation safety, particularly the accident investigation side of the house, can be especially rewarding.  I wish you all the best.
