Trying to ID an F-104G crash site.

Someone sent me this photo.  Only part he found with a # so far.  It is just a bit north of a property he bought.

I have an F-104B Illustrated Parts Manual but I cant do a search on it.  PDF.   1,500 pages, I kind of gave up on main wheel piping.

Looks like the P/N is partially destroyed by the crash.

The "AZ" in the part number is new to me.  Ironic because I think it is a Luftwaffe ejection west of Flagstaff, AZ.

He insists there is camou paint but I think it is an F-104 and he is finding interior zinc chromate.

Any ideas?

Is that part of an ejection seat?

Could be.

It was a safe ejection though, and this was found at the impact site.
