I would like to introduce everyone to a new web site Dedicated to the soldiers and families of the United States Army's Aviation Branch
who have paid the ultimate price for freedom and liberties enjoyed today by all Americans. The web site lists those individuals who have lost their lives while operating or performing duties as crewmembers aboard Army Aviation aircraft and their passengers. http://www.armyaircrews.com/index.html The web site features complete lists of Army helicopter crashes and fixed wing, many with pictures and stories. It also has a forum for research and discussion. The lists go back decades. The site also has the latest from Iraq So if you are looking for an Army crash sites check this site out. DaveT

Thanks for posting that, Dave.
That is an excellent site and I had not run across it... Definately an area of interest for me. He has done Army Aviation justice. Thank you, Chris Baird http://www.arizonawrecks.com

I found the website about a year or so ago and found it to be
really well researched, and chalked full of good site leads. In fact, here is the story of one I intend on visiting in the near-future - http://www.check-six.com/Crash_Sites/Army81693-Fritzsche.htm I have overflown this site numerous times, and figure a ground visit is in order. It's likely a micro-site now, but you never know! __________________ Visit our website - http://www.Check-Six.com - for aviation history & adventure first-hand...
